US Airport Cloud Integration
We worked with a major U.S. airline to develop a prototype system that integrates real-time gate announcements into the airline’s mobile app, enhancing the passenger experience with up-to-the-minute information. The end-to-end solution captures audio from the gate’s PA system, digitizes the voice data, and routes it through an AWS-based processing pipeline.
The pipeline includes audio cleanup, speech-to-text transcription, and context-aware enhancement using a large language model (LLM). The resulting structured transcripts are then delivered to the airline’s backend systems for seamless integration into their mobile app interface. This proof-of-concept established a scalable foundation for broader deployment across airport gates.
