Smart Building IOT Platform

We partnered with a smart building technology company to develop a robust end-to-end IoT platform for managing a network of remote sensor nodes. The system was built around Espressif ESP32S3 microcontrollers, programmed using the ESP-IDF framework to collect telemetry including battery voltage, GPS location, temperature, pressure, and humidity. Each device node published real-time data to the cloud using MQTT.

On the backend, we implemented a scalable device management infrastructure using AWS IoT Core, enabling secure communication, over-the-air updates, and device health monitoring. We also built a mobile app interface using Flutter and AWS Amplify to provide the client with real-time visibility and control over their deployed devices. This production-ready proof-of-concept laid the foundation for the client’s long-term IoT device management strategy.
